公司成立于2017年3月，专业从事蟒蛇人工规模化养殖与蟒蛇制品全产业链开发，注册资本782万元人民币（实缴）。

公司系海南省第二批创新型中小企业，持有《海南省陆生野生动物驯养繁殖许可证》（琼护驯繁2017-38号），驯养繁殖性质为生产经营性；是国家林业局“蟒蛇繁育利用试点单位”和中国野生动物保护协会“中国爬行动物（蛇类）养殖示范基地”。

公司充分利用海南独特的热带资源禀赋优势，在海南省文昌市建有60多亩生态养殖基地。公司深耕蟒蛇资源的合法高效利用，被中国乐器协会认定为“全国蟒皮乐器材料研发基地”；自主研发的蟒蛇油系列产品更拥有多项国家发明专利，正以其多重功效、温和亲肤的特点，为亿万国人解决护肤问题。
